… was launched in January 2014 and is owned and operated by Mike Cottee, who undertakes a lot of deliveries himself; he does employ a team of carefully selected adult distributors who carry GPS trackers that report back every 10 seconds as to where they have delivered, and they are paid a decent rate for a decent work. Some companies pay less than half our rate, which result in leaflets & flyers being dumped.

Mike has spent most of his working life helping local businesses reach new customers, having worked in the advertising departments of various local radio stations, newspapers and magazines. He has held various positions; as a rep, manager, group manager, director and even established his own monthly what’s on magazine that he sold to a large regional newspaper group.

Finding himself in a position as a part-time carer, a full-time job with fixed working hours was no longer an option, so he ventured into leaflet distribution as it provided the flexibility he required.

He started delivering leaflets and flyers across the Worthing area in 2010, initially working for other distributions companies, before launching Worthing Direct Leaflet Distribution Services in 2014.

The benefit of which, was he could provide an improved service to clients, thanks to his experience in advertising, at a lower cost, whilst increasing his earnings per hour to a decent level. So, it’s a win-win situation for both the clients and Mike.
