Terms & Conditions.

  • Distribution:

Distribution in any given area will start in the week listed on the schedule page and will normally be completed within 14 days.

Leaflets & flyers will be delivered to the number of homes listed for each round; this does not necessarily mean 100% penetration within a given area.

The schedule is subject to change, so clients should discuss any promotional dates at time of booking.

  • Supply of Leaflets & Flyers:

The client undertakes to have their leaflets or flyers available for collection within our coverage area 14 days prior to when delivery is due to commence.

It is the responsibly of the client to ensure their leaflets or flyers are ready in time, so please ensure you have confirmed with your printers that they can meet the deadline before booking. The cost of delivery for slots booked will be chargeable even if the client isn’t able to supply their leaflets & flyers in time.

  • Cancellations:

1 – The client must give 28 days notice prior to the delivery start date for any cancellation or alteration to their order, to allow time for a replacement client to be found. If 28 days notice is not given, the client will be charged for the delivery slot(s) if a replacement client cannot be found in time.

2 – Leaflets & flyers are collated into bundles prior to delivery, should a client have to withdraw a leaflet or flyer after bundles have been made-up due to any reason, such as an error or legal issue, the client will be charged at a rate of £10 per hour for work undertaken to unpick their leaflet or flyer from the bundles already made-up.

3 – Should a client book a campaign that attracts a volume discount and cancels before the booked campaign is completed, the client will be invoiced for the different between the rate for the actual number of leaflets or flyers delivered and the rate offered for the larger volume that had been originally booked.

  • Distribution queries or complaints:

In the highly unlikely circumstances that you feel there’s been any problem with the delivery of your leaflet or flyer, it will be taken extremely seriously.

You should advise Mike at Worthing Direct Leaflet Distribution Services of any problem within seven days of receiving the highlighted map showing the streets where your leaflets or flyers have been delivered, and you will normally receive a response within 3 working days.

  • Payment:

Unless a credit account has been agreed, all invoices must be settled in full within 7 days of the invoice date.

  • General:

By placing an order, the client confirms they have read, understood & accepted these terms & conditions.
